In addition to suspensions,

It has come to our attention that a few of our coworkers have numbered days ahead of them. Some of them may be shown the door by the police working security because of medical abuse/sick-no-pay status. Others may be shown the door because of repeated sustained complaints of rudeness to citizens.

Either way, these forced exits are rumored to take place before 2007. We'll update you "as soon as resources permit."

In a way I beleive some people should be shown the door. The same people who sleep while their partner is getting ass rammed on a busy zone. The same people who do reliefs and decide to walk around for 30 minutes as soon as they plug in before they sit back down. The same people who "obviously" rape the medical with no regards to their fellow employees. The same people who bitch about no matter what zone they sit on and just can't get along with anyone they sit with (unless they sit with another asshole that's just as bad as they are). The majority of us are deserving of our position, but there ARE a few that need to be kicked out of that building with a baseball bat and banned from the premises for life!!!

If they terminated all the sleepers, 1st watch would lose 50 to 70% of its employees.

The supervisors should be written up for neglect of duties for not taking disciplinary action against these same individuals.

Let me preface this by saying, I am not on FMLA, nor do i believe i abuse the medical. However, you have never stayed home or taken a medical day when you weren't sick? Give me a break.

Good Golly Ms Molly.

Sick days are a contractual privledge just as raises, medical coverage, and holidays and overtime. SO WHY OH WHY does EVERYONE bash someone who takes a sick day??

If you're so worried about people taking advantage of a situation then please start refusing your raises too!!

Just as much as a sick day will put a strain on the city because a worker called off, taking raises is an equally straining benefit that need be refused. And then, while you're doing that, refuse to take the city medical coverage too.

Because heck, cancel all the unions and fraternal origanizations, because they're causing a strain on the city during contract negotions as well.

Then all the Federal Law violators (or should I say specific supervisors who think they're the second coming of the Messiah) who take it upon themselves to sit at home, and think of the most rediculous rules and implement them immediately without regard to any contracts, laws or basic common sense would not be so put upon either.

Good Golly Ms Molly, wouldn't the City be such a better place to work??? I'm sure it would be a ball~!!!!

Comment #4 sounds like it is coming from someone who feels that it is their right to have this job. Obviously they are also someone who abuses whatever privledges they are given. Maybe it is time to get back on SSI and sit on your fat ass all day like you used to until your aldercreature GAVE you your job.
