Any bets on how many children are intentionally "lost" and left behind until nightfall once the parents are done hanging out? Or until Tuesday?

Total and complete fiasco as usual. The festivities are on City-Wide 6. The Fire Department E.M.S. is using their new Digital frequencies (478.4625) for those that have a newer Digital scanner. So far i've heard simulcasted a call of a large group of gang bangers heading into the park on 55th, looking for trouble it said. As the night falls, i'm sure more fun to come. Lot's of lost/found children calls also going out.
Parenting in this state should require at least a two year degree in Child Development / Child Psychology, a testing process, and licensing by DCFS, IDPH, and IDFPR.
These idiot parents who lose their kids should be arrested and charged with child neglect, and endangering the health and welfare of a minor.
I'm willing to safely say that if our public school system did not take breaks and kept these kids in school all year, and had only half days on holidays, these messes wouldn't happen.
The teachers don't like it? The teachers union doesn't like it? Fire 'em!

Condoning the behavior just perpetuates it. 100 plus strong groups of roaming gangbangers. Burst of battery in progresses erupting throughout the crowd. Hundreds of lost, roaming children found scattered throughout the park, some with nothing more than a pamper on, some abandoned in locked up vehicles. Stolen, damaged and broken into cars.
Shots fired, and weapon recoveries. Citizen's sneaking their cars onto closed off streets, running into floats. Enough police officers to secure the Israeli border.

Not even close to paddy parade!Does the city let the paddy parade go on from 0800 till 2300 hrs?? No its shut down and so are the bars as soon as the last float passes. Bilikin is pandering to Tillman and the and teh other black birds. How many missing kids at paddys parade? How many batteries? How many fully loaded 9mm. recovered from patrons? How many coppers and brass at paddys?? not even half.
Good job to 8th dist tact team on getting guy with gun at the parade. Sure there were hundreds others with guns there though! The parade sucked, and I have never seen a larger group of ignorant, loud and obnoxious people in my life. Next year I am going to try and get off for sure.

Better idea, how about eliminating the parades. Fuck we aren't allowed to say in public we don't want to live with a certain ethnic group, race, color etc without being crucified and labeled a racist. But then the city can allow certain groups to parade around, act a fool, to celebrate their culture, forget it. Goverment wants us all to be a melting pot, then so be it. Stop wasting my f*&ing tax dollars on "security" for these events. I say no more Puerto Rican Fest, Bud Billiken, Cinco de Mayo, Polish Parade, Lithuania, Irish etc. I've had it.
PS , The Irish don't need a parade, we know who we are, we celebrate it everyday.
