Ruiz is a good guy, he used to work here, he won't screw us over.What are those people saying now? Either he's not all they said he is, or he's grossly misinformed and has no idea what we really do or deal with on a daily basis. The people who talked about how the place was looking up with him coming here have gone amazingly mute.

I'm a P.O. and I obviously don't work at the OEC or OEMC or whatever you call it so it can get extra federal dollars $$$. But I know that your boss Ruiz HAS NO BALLS!!!!. Because if he had balls he wouldn't be your boss. Da Mayor promotes automotons who do his bidding while keeping him at a distance. Good luck to those dispatchers and good luck to the rest of you dispatchers. As a matter of fact good luck to this entire city because mayor Daley is milking all the money out of the residents he can and they're not getting much to show for it.
He sucks. Coming to roll call (finally ! rude dog) telling us how he was a union man bullshit. So what does he do when there is a little controversy, sell out his people, in this case attempting to fire 2 dispatchers without due process or progressive discipline.
And Boss if you're reading this. Thank you my union brother. You makes us all proud to be IBEW.
What comes around goes around! Well my union brother you are messing with 2 women who have families to support because you don't have the integrity to tell the people the truth about the inadequate state of affairs that OEMC is. One day you might be sweating it out too, wondering where your next check is coming from, how you're going to pay tuition, mortgage, groceries, etc
Don't kid yourself, that throne you're in is made of fragile glass, it only takes one rock to knock you out of it. Ask the last 5 directors in the last 10 years.
I hope your balls drop someday, and you decide to take on a righteous path.
